1. Free tool access
PlanProof tools, exports and saved validations are free, without a card, expiring trial or monthly validation quota. There is no automatic conversion to a paid plan and no tool-access charge to refund. Free tool use does not consume a paid-validation refund allowance.
2. Optional Professional bundle
A bundle quote request does not place an order or start a subscription. The Professional bundle is a monthly service. Before purchase, the written offer must state the deliverables, file formats, licence, support scope, revision limits, tax-inclusive total price and currency, delivery date, renewal, cancellation and refund terms. Do not make payment until those terms are confirmed and accepted. Any mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
3. Existing purchases and subscriptions
Terms already accepted for a prior transaction continue to govern that purchase. This page does not reduce an existing refund entitlement. Making tool access free does not automatically cancel an existing payment-provider billing agreement. To request cancellation or billing assistance, contact support@planproof.co or the provider identified on your receipt. Cancellation and any refund must be confirmed separately.
4. Delivery problems and billing errors
If paid deliverables are missing, do not match the agreed scope, or contain a technical problem, contact support with the order reference and a description. We will investigate and agree an appropriate correction or remedy under the purchase terms and applicable rights. Duplicate, incorrect or unauthorised charges should be reported promptly.
5. Request help
Email support@planproof.co with your account or order email, transaction reference, date and the requested resolution. Do not send full card details. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method, subject to provider and bank processing times.
6. Rights that cannot be excluded
Nothing in this policy limits cancellation, refund, cooling-off or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded. Where mandatory law provides greater protection, that law applies.
