Not included
- More than 30 XER files per month or more than five revisions within the full-bundle allowance; any extra work requires a separately agreed scope and price.
- Additional report formats, customisation, walkthrough time or project-specific work beyond the written quote. Only the PMS sheet is confirmed as Excel; other editable formats are agreed before payment.
- A fixed turnaround guarantee or unlimited support.
- Schedule implementation or source-file changes as part of the listed deliverables. Any implementation work must be separately scoped.
- Contractual interpretation, professional judgement or formal acceptance of a schedule on your behalf.
- Certification, guaranteed client acquisition or a guaranteed recovery outcome.

- Agree scope and price. Receive the file coverage, review depth, formats, walkthrough duration, revisions, support channel, customisation, licence, turnaround, tax-inclusive price and monthly renewal, cancellation and refund terms in writing before payment.
