How sign-in works
The hosted sign-in service confirms your identity and returns you to PlanProof. PlanProof stores your user ID, email address and available full name in its account database.
Sign-in and schedule processing are separate steps. When you submit an XER to save a validation, PlanProof processes it in memory and saves the generated report, including activity-level evidence, to your account. The validation code does not call an OpenAI model API. This does not describe hosting-provider request logs or retention; see our Privacy information or contact privacy@planproof.co with questions.
