Questions serious review teams ask.
Does PlanProof modify or recalculate my schedule?
No. PlanProof is read-only. It parses the exported XER and evaluates the supplied data without changing dates, float, logic or calendars.
Which schedule formats are supported?
The production validator currently supports Primavera P6 XER. Microsoft Project MPP and Asta Powerproject PP remain planned and are not advertised as available.
What is included in each validation?
Health and category scores, prioritised findings, affected activity evidence, severity, corrective guidance, saved history, and downloadable PDF and Excel reports.
How is this different from a generic file checker?
PlanProof retains the diagnostic result, tracks quality over time and compares two submissions to show which risks appeared, improved or remained unresolved.
Is the score a DCMA certification?
No. It is a transparent PlanProof quality indicator informed by widely used schedule-review principles. It is not a contractual certification or a substitute for an owner-specific specification.
Can PlanProof replace a planner's judgement?
No. It accelerates evidence gathering and prioritisation. Contract requirements, accepted exceptions, project context and professional judgement remain essential.
Your schedule stays yours. The raw XER is processed in memory and discarded after analysis. Reports are retained only when you choose the signed-in save workflow.
